Yesterday was a wet day...

... and a great one. Tate, my little brother and I went snowboarding yesterday. It was his first time going. After a "good effort" first run he really got the hang of it. This is a little video I made of his progress that day.

As you can see we had a good time. It was snowing like crazy. So much so that they had to close the road leading up to Sundance because cars without 4-wheel could not make it up. Many of the cars coming down were going too fast and would end up in the creek on the side of the road. All day the ambulance, police trucks and tow trucks were running all day long. Luckily we were very safe. Anyways, though I would like to consider myself a great snowboard teacher, I think Tate really got it fast. Good times.

The Babies are coming...

... to a theater near you. In October when Becky and I went to watch "Where the Wild Things Are" there was a trailer that we saw that we have been looking for ever since. Thanks to Lisa we found it. I am posting it and encouraging everybody to watch it because it is amazing. The story, concept, way that it was shot (observational), the music (Sufjan Stevens), and just everything about it is great. I am super inpressed and cannot wait to see it. Hopefully it comes to Utah. Well, without further adieu, here is the trailer. Share it, send it, rate it, go to it.
Here is the website too.

First snow of the year...

... and it also snowed in dear ol' New York. Someday I will have a 7D. Looks amazing. I like the slomo.

If I were more of a nerd...

... I think this kind of stuff is all that I would do all day. Love it.

This just might be a part...

... of Becky's best day ever. If only they had a baker...

The world needs more music...

...and TakeAwayShows. I love these things. Check them out. They are positive, fun and simply ingenious. Part documentary, part music video, part live show. I love it. Watch it and have some fun like it was 1901.
